Returns & Exchanges
As a small, woman-owned boutique in the heart of Nashville's Sylvan Park neighborhood, we put great care into curating a fresh, ever-changing selection for our clients. Because we prioritize quality and newness over quantity, our inventory moves quickly — typically within two weeks.
Store Credit We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Returns received after 14 days cannot be accepted. Store credit never expires and can be used both in-store and online.
Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- All sale and clearance items
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
Item Condition All returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind.
